  1. CMS Castkleen A

    CMS Castkleen A

CASTKLEEN A is a premium Grade Processed flux prepared to assist in the efficient removal of Slag and Dross from Furnaces and Ladles. Unlike many other Slag Coagulants, Castkleen A produces minimum spatter on addition which improves the Foundry environment and lessens the risk of airborne particles causing eye injury to Furnace men and Ladle operators.

The Slag Coagulation properties of Castkleen A are excellent, Slag and Dross Coagulation is immediate on addition and excessive stirring of the Molten Metal is not required. Unlike many lesser quality Slag Coagulants, Castkleen A remains intact when attempting to remove from the Molten Metal surface. This results in considerable time savings and Slag free Metal.

Regular use of Castkleen A assists in maintaining a clean working face on refractories, thus improving the service life of furnaces and ladles previously knocked out due to Slag build up.
